Where in the world is Trash Girls located?We are located in the Philippines!
Oh no! I want a specific item but you do not have it on stock!
Fear not! You may submit an estimate form to inquire about an item that is currently sold out or we have not offered in our website. We don't judge your trash!
I am not from the Philippines but I want to check the cost of the items in my currency!
Good news! We have just added the currency converter located beside the "CART" button. We currently support the following currency:
- Philippine Peso
- US Dollar
- Japanese Yen
- Canadian Dollar
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer / Deposit (BDO / BPI)
- LBC / Cebuana Lhullier
Can you ship internationally?
YES! However, we are not responsible for the additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.
What are your shipping fees?
If your order Php 3,000 and above, and you are from the Philippines, then shipping will be FREE!
But our shipping fees are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping (Metro Manila) : Php 100
- Domestic Shipping (Provincial): Php 250
- International Shipping: Ranging from Php 600 to Php 3500 depending on weight
How long does your shipping take?
Domestic Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days
International Shipping takes 7 to 15 business days.
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “CHECKOUT” button on the Shopping Cart page and we will guide you through the check out process.
How can I add extra padding for my items?
In the Shopping Cart page, tick on checkbox "For ₱50.00, please put additional support / packaging for my trash." Once ticked, a new item will appear in your Shopping Cart called "Additional Packaging". It will be automatically included in your order details.
Can I cancel my order?
YES! Just send us a reply to the order confirmation email if you wish to cancel your order. Kindly note that multiple cancellations of orders might result in being banned from the site.
Additionally, if you have previously paid for the item, we will not be able to refund the payment. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions.
Can I add additional items in my order?
YES! We will do it by cancelling the previous order and then recreating your order again. However, there will be additional charges in modifying your orders. For more information, please read our Terms and Conditions.
