Terms and Conditions
NOTE: Please make sure to read our Terms and Conditions prior transacting with us.
1. Prices listed are inclusive of international shipping costs (Japan to Philippines) already. However, domestic and international shipping is not yet included.
2. Pre-order slots are limited and/or available until supplies last. There are instances that items that are marked sold-out get re-stocked. Make sure to inquire about the item by messaging our page or email us at trashgirls101 [at] gmail (dot) com
3. All customers are REQUIRED to pay the full payment for the item/s before processing the order or reservation of the pre-order. This means that if there are multiple items to be process, total payment must be paid prior order processing. Strictly NO payment, NO ORDER. Payment must be done within one (1) week after the order confirmation has been received via email.
4. If payment has not been received after the allotted time, your order will be CANCELLED. Our payment methods are as follows:
- Bank Transfer (BPI / BDO)
- Cebuana Lhuillier
*Note: Starting June 20, 2017, any payment received from Paymaya will not be acknowledged as we are in process of closing the accounts there.
5. If a customer wants to cancel paid orders, payment for the item/s will NOT be refunded.
6. In such cases that the item is not available after order confirmation, the full amount will be made available to the customer. If order has been paid via Paypal, we will shoulder the Paypal fee when sending out refunds. In addition, we will provide additional options to get the item from a different reseller from Japan but might have additional costs.
7. We have the right to ban customers who had multiple cancelled transactions with us without any notice.
8. We make sure that our items are wrapped in bubble wrap prior to shipping. We will not be responsible for any damages occurred by shipping (either international or local). Customers who want extra packaging for local shipments will be required to pay Php 50 for additional bubble wrapping or card board supports. This will be made available when you check out your order.
9. Starting March 15, 2018, if a customer wants to combine different orders or add additional items in one order, and estimates into one (1), we will be charging Php 100 for EACH order or item for the combination service. Additionally, shipping charges might change due to the weight of the combined items.
10. For other services (Toranoana, Otamart, etc.), you may request an estimate using the Estimate Form requested items will not be processed until down payment has been secured. We require 50% of the the actual cost of the items as down payment to be deposited prior processing of the order. We charge additional Php 250 or 30% service fee, whichever is higher for each item purchased using this service. Full payment rules apply.
